This cute little cafe is tucked away on a little side street. Just like it's name, Rise & Shine, it has roosters as the motif and little suns that decorate the walls. You can tell who the regulars are as the lovely woman who served us called out greetings to them. The woman who served us ran everything by herself and was not only friendly but efficient in everything that she did. I was never in need of anything as she came by and refilled our coffee. The menu was also on the way cheap side. This place was probably the most affordable place that I have been to in a long while. A pancake was only 2.50. This is a cash only shop but they do have a working ATM in the back. The sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious. This is the kind of place that makes you feel like home even when you're on vacation. I highly recommend stopping by this little cafe if you're in the area visiting. Additional side note: all of the fruit in our fruit dish was fresh and perfect.
Service is quick and cheerful. Our sunny side up eggs were perfect, tea refills were timely. We will be back soon!
We stopped in from out of town, and we were immediately greated by everyone whom were very friendly. We didn't want to sit down and asked if we could order to go, they obliged and took our order as soon as we were ready. Menu prices are great, we got three breakfast sandwiches. The ham egg and cheese was so delish, my daughter asked to trade her bacon for mine. Had we not been in town for such a short time, we would've stopped back in for a sit down meal.
By far the best breakfast diner in town. Food is amazing and the staff makes you feel right at home. Haven’t tried anything on the menu I didn’t like but I am still drawn to my usuals. The Sunrise Cafe has one of the most extensive and unique mug collection in town. It’s always exciting to see which one you will use for your visit! Great place to start off your day!
Very cozy place for a relaxing breakfast. Food is well proportioned and delish! Order the has brown casserole, but call it hash cass.
this place deserves 1,000 stars!! i have been coming to sunrise for over 2 years now, and have become a regular at this point, sharing my mornings here with my friends and family. the people who work here are so friendly, consistent, and kind. my boyfriend & i are extremely picky eaters, and this place has never let us down once. today, we got our usual orders of pancakes, a breakfast sandwich, the amazing cheesy potato hash, bacon & eggs. 10/10 every time. cash only. super homey, warm, and welcoming. their breakfast bakes are to die for as well!! one of if not Clark’s summits best breakfast places!! can’t recommend them enough. reasonably priced place for amazing food and friendly faces!!
